Jubilee fetes
Chilworth and Ampfield are celebrating the Queen's Jubilee.
We hope to see you at one or both of these events.
St Mark’s Jubilee Church Fete and Dog Show
When : 11:30am to 3pm on Friday 3rd June
Where: Church grounds and Chapel Wood, St Mark’s Church, Ampfield
A fun day which will feature a dog show, a raffle, side shows for children, Jubilee themed fancy dress for all, a BBQ and afternoon teas.
Entry is free but donations are welcome. Entry to the dog show will be £2 per class (contact Kate on 07738467350).
Raffle tickets are available now from our vicar, Vanessa - email vicar@acnb-church.org, from the office - email office@acnb-church.org and will also be sold on the day.

Chilworth Fete
When : 2pm - 5pm on Saturday 4th June
Where : Chilworth Village Green, behind the Chilworth Arms pub
In honour of the Queen’s platinum jubilee and to mark the opening of the Memorial Garden for our late councillor, Alison Finlay, Chilworth is holding a fete.
In addition to the normal attractions, there will be dodgems, a children’s roundabout, Indian street food, a band and Bollywood dancing. The Chilworth Arms will run a bar at the bottom of their garden.
Proceeds from the event will be divided between Solent Mind, St. Denys Church, Romsey Young Carers and Rose Road Association; the event is organised jointly by the fete committee, the Parish Council, and Chilworth Village Hall.
